Who does the work
Woods Wiring LLC is a one-technician mobile electrical shop in McDonough, Georgia. Connor Woods does the assessments, the installs and the commissioning. When you call, that is who you get.
Background
Two years as a low-voltage technician installing fleet telematics across 48 states, working for national fleet operators on their own equipment, in their own yards, on a flat rate. Thousands of installs on vehicles that had to be back in service the same day.
That work teaches a specific thing: what fails, and how it was wired by whoever came before. It also pays by the job rather than by the night, which is why the first build happened at all — there needed to be somewhere to sleep and somewhere to work.
Contractors kept stopping to ask how it was built. Enough of them asked that it became the business.

How we work
- Specifications up front. Components named by part number in the quote, so you can price them yourself.
- Labelled and documented. Every circuit marked at both ends, a printed legend in the panel, an as-built schedule in your hand.
- LiFePO₄ with an integrated BMS, and Victron throughout. Parts we can source, firmware we can update, and a system the next technician can read.
- We name the weaknesses first. Including on our own build — there is a list of them on the prototype page.
The wider business
Beyond retrofit work, Woods Mobile Infrastructure is developing self-contained mobile power, water and workspace platforms for crews working away from services. That line is in development and is not sold through this site.
